Official Invitation Letter for Visa
If you would like to request a letter for visa application purposes, please send proof of your PAID conference registration to iuconfs@iu.edu. Please include your name as it appears on your passport (if it is different than how it appears on your registration) and your current residential address. (DO NOT send your passport number or birthdate.)
Cancellation Policy
Credit card charges will show on your statement from IUBL-Conference Web.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to iuconfs@iu.edu no later than October 17, 2026 to be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. No refunds will be issued after October 17, but you may substitute another delegate.
